Our returns policy lasts 10 days from the day you receive your product based on our order delivery tracking system. if 10 days have gone by since you received your product, unfortunately we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. We offer refunds on any product that hasn't been customised.
