Our returns policy lasts 10 days from the day you receive your product based on our order delivery tracking system. if 10 days have gone by since you received your product, unfortunately we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. Our 10 days Return policy is applicable only if product purchased from MOAAD Website or from other Authorized dealer, it will not applicable on other e-commerce website. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item. We offer refunds on any product that hasn't been customised. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, it must also be in the original packaging. 1.
