MOAAD handmade camera harness India, 1 Year Warranty cover your strap from issues with workmanship under normal use condition. it does not specifically cover any equipment the camera was carrying or normal ageing of leathers.
Please inspect your camera straps regularly, especially where it connects to the camera. Some small wear marks may appear on the webbing after a lots of use, this is normal.
Register to ensure your product warranty by sending email on (support@moaad.co) with series batch number given below also with attached scan copy of invoice.

Our returns policy lasts 10 days from the day you receive your product based on our order delivery tracking system. if 10 days have gone by since you received your product, unfortunately we may not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
Our 10 days Return policy is applicable only if product purchased from MOAAD Website or from other Authorized dealer, it will not applicable on other e-commerce website.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item.
We offer refunds on any product that hasn't been customised.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, it must also be in the original packaging.
1. Email us to inform us that you would like to return your camera harness for return or an exchange.
2. Will connect you within 7 working days as we received your email.
3. Once your returned camera harness arrived we will either send exchange camera harness or process for the refund, whichever we have organized with you.
